in simplest of words, we here at ![[info]](http://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) began aim to bring up a thriving celeb community to make up for the lack thereof lately. we're going to try our hardest not to let this die as long as some sort of interest is shown in us. we're not going to get too wrapped up in the rules here since we assume that you all know them, they're no different than in any other community. NO crossing of the ic/ooc line. this has been said many times and it should be obvious but it can always still create an issue. be friendly! all screen names and usernames should be in ic format (no underscores, extra letters, x's, numbers, etc). activity is key to keeping communities alive so we ask that you sign on aim regularly, or if you can't please post in the subcomms in order to let us know you're still breathing. on the topic of activity, the update limit will be 3 weeks. we feel that should be enough to come up with something, not a lot is asked of you (one-liners, youtubes, whatever you think your person would really update with are fine!). also, when applying make sure you have a recent friends only post up. those are the basics, so lastly...have fun! if you have any concerns, please feel free to pm us or drop us a line in the screened post and we'll get back to you asap
